Whereas, 2012 has brought first cheerful news for the investors of Dubai property market and it is that Dubai property market has shown the signs of stability in the first quarter as compared to the neighbouring states that witnessed decline in rental amounts. Experts say that reasons can be many but the major and apparent reason is over supply of the properties in the market.</p>
<p>The recovery in commercial property market in Dubai is slow in the first quarter as compared to the last quarter of 2011 but the recovery is on the go. Analysts say that rents and sales prices of commercial properties both recorded a marginal decline in neighbouring states of Dubai but the figures are good in Dubai. However, in comparison to commercial property market, residential property market is more stable as confidence is returning in buyers and tenants so the residential market continues to recover at a faster pace.</p>
<p>Rents in some areas have risen as high end developments as well as quality developments show full occupancy both in residential and commercial developments. In the commercial market, rental values across Dubai commercial property sector is increased by 1 percent and an increase in number of enquiries and transaction levels is also seen as pending supply continued to be added in the existing supply. Office sales prices also saw marginal increase of two percent as a result of increased transaction activity in Dubai but the in neighbouring state, the activity is slowed.</p>

The construction contractor is chosen and the company will initiate the construction work in March this year that will continue by the end of this year or may continue till the beginning of 2013.</p>
<p>According to the resources, the feasibility report is prepared and the designing related work is also completed. The project will be launched very soon after complying with few prerequisites. <p>The design of the building reveals that it is an eight story building and a fine blend of entertainment and business center. The building design comprises of two multi screen cinemas for the public entertainment. The ground floor and the basement of this building will be used for parking. <p>The estimated cost of this project is around Rs. 1,530 million, out of which most of the money is already collected in form of token money. Banks are lending again on commercial properties so buyers are coming with a foresight of immediate bounce back. Therefore people are hopeful that commercial property sector will bounce back soon. Big purchase decisions are also on the move as there is a strong force on sellers to sell their properties immediate basis after a long time of recession. Let me clear few doubts over here that it is really wrong not to hire real estate agents.</p>
<p>I won’t say to pick any random real estate agent, choose the agent solely on anyone’s recommendation because only right agent can save your time, money and efforts in finding perfect property for you or finding a perfect buyer for your property. Real Estate Agents can provide many valuable services in different ways either you are a seller or a buyer. Let’s review few such benefits;</p>

Especially describe the things you can do for your target customers. If you are planning to target investors and you have broad background in financial services then do mention it with your accomplishments. If you can offer solid guarantee such as if commercial property does not sell in 90 days you will buy it, and then mention it.</p>
<p>For a successful USP, you must address the key concerns of the target audience.
