However, a lot of hard work is required to reach at that point and for that construction sector of both private and government sector will have to work.</p>

According to experts, this growth is not fueled by growth in oil-sector but driven by many non-oil sectors and one of them is commercial property sector of <a href="http://www.bayut.com" target="_blank">Dubai real estate</a>. The Business Confidence Index (BCI), a local businessmen survey indicates a soar in points in terms of corporate activities in third quarter as compared to the points gained in the second quarter. The survey was conducted on various types of businesses including small and medium sized firms.</p>
<p>The survey clearly indicated that few of the businessmen expect high profits in the upcoming Q4 while the rest realized high sales that will be stable in next year 2012 as well. Whereas, many <a href="http://www.bayut.com/agents.html" target="_blank">Dubai real estate agents</a> and other business owners said they are already making high profits and their revenue is quite stable from 3<sup>rd</sup> quarter. The rise in the profit is not due to rise in prices but due to increase in sales. Tax levied on transfer of property in Pakistan, soaring interest rates, policy change, inflation and political turmoil are all responsible for the worst situation of real estate sector. <p>“Once there is no activity in real estate sector, how this business can flourish and how can you invite foreign investment for your real estate sector?” said one property dealer. It is because banks do not prefer to lease such high value properties due to poor economic situations that will lead to further economic destabilization in the region. Political instability and poor property laws together, prohibiting people to take risk while investing in commercial properties and also forcing people to keep their hard-earned money in banks at better markups.</p>
<p>Few years ago, it was considered a wise decision to invest in commercial or residential properties in Pakistan just because the value used to increase after a regular interval. At that time, all that mattered to people were the location, quality of construction and the market value of particular property but now the situation is changed. People have changed their priorities. Fingers crossed; let’s see, what tomorrow will bring for investors, who are hopeless about this sector right now.</p>
