New commercial buildings are built with all modern conveniences, golf courses are built near to the buildings, larger parking slots, swimming pools are within the boundary walls, playing areas and more washrooms according to the need of several people are working at one floor.
Modern buildings are green buildings, it means they are environment friendly and they are more energy efficient than the older buildings. It is due to insulation in the walls, ceilings and floors, double window panes and Air conditioned electricity saving.
Last but not least, new buildings are quite user-friendly as the builders are taking essential care of floor plans according to the desire of customers to use the building as commercial entity. Open and sunny lounges, split floor plan (temporary and permanent), functional basement (convert it into parking or storage area), passages, wide pathways and the list goes on.
Let’s talk about the disadvantages of buying an older property:
The construction can be sleek, as it is not reliable. People can not rely on the builders for building’s strength as construction is not sound nowadays.
Modern floor plans are almost similar for every new building and it is almost indistinguishable to separate one commercial property from the other. That is why all the offices almost represent the same construction.
No one is used to with any convenience of the buildings so easily so it always takes time to get used to it.
